The Crying Native American

So after a few days sleep I'm back on track and ready to fire up again this weekend. Here's how this week turned it out:

Monday was audition day and I put my game face on. After my bad sense of direction had me walking all over the camp I finally found my audition (with a minute to spare) and this girl got hire. You'll soon to be seeing me in a ColdWar music video.

Tuesday was a bit of an up and down day. After getting up at 6am to shoot at IADT and carrying a back breaking load of outfits the dang shoot never happened. Lots of slip ups in communication and technology just meant I got up early for nothing.

Later that day I had a shoot at Visionary Studios with Darren Purcell.  It was two separate concepts, 1 having writing covering my body and 2 crying. For my writing shoot and decided to make it personal and incorporate my heritage into it. Having Native American roots I decided to have the first amendment written on my back in Sioux (Lakota dialect). This was made possible my MUA Sherisan Wharmby. I tried some long extensions but they were covering the writing so after some re-working of the hair I got it down. My second shoot was very simplistic but still very personal as I had to draw on so many experiences to make myself cry and get a convincing shot. It's times like that when all the haters who put you down make themselves useful XD

It was an exhausting couple of days especially on no sleep, little food and being ill but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

Love x
